What is your turnaround time?
My turnaround time varies by product:
• Apparel: 3–7 business days • Print items: — 2–4 business days for orders under 100 — 3–5 business days for orders of 100+ • Custom or large orders: Timing depends on the design and quantity.
Rush options are available for an additional fee.
How do I place an order?
You can order right through my website, or reach out via chat or email with your request. After we confirm all the details, I’ll send an invoice. Your order officially goes into production once payment is received.
Do you accept custom designs?
Yes, I’m happy to work with your custom designs! You can email your file to qraftyq@gmail.com in PNG, SVG, or PDF format. Files should be high-resolution to ensure the best print quality.
If you need a design made from scratch, I’d love to bring your idea to life. A small design fee may apply, and I’ll go over the details with you once I see what you have in mind.
Do you offer bulk or team discounts?
Yes, bulk pricing is available for orders of 50 or more of the same design. Orders under 50 follow my standard custom pricing.
Your discount will depend on the design, the number of items, and the materials required. Share your project details with me, and I’ll create a personalized quote.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours so I can review the issue and work toward the best possible solution.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush options are available depending on my current workload and the type of product you need. Rush fees apply, and your deadline must be confirmed before payment is made.
Do you offer pickup or shipping?
I offer local pickup in Central Jersey and shipping within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup instructions or your tracking number.
Can I bring my own items to be customized?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own items. Pricing remains the same. If a mistake happens during production, I’m responsible for replacing the item, so the full service price still applies. Please note: if the item you provide is something I can’t easily replace or restock, I may decline the job to avoid any issues or disappointment.
