Return Policy

All items from Qrafty-Q Qustoms are handmade and personalized, which means all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If your order arrives with a defect caused by me, I will gladly make it right. To request a correction or replacement:

  • You must notify me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the defect and a brief description

  • Items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for review

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please note:

  • All packages are insured

  • A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

  • I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping company once the item has been scanned in transit

Please note: I am not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (incorrect sizing, spelling, or design approvals).
